OSI Maritime Systems has entered into an agreement with the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration to equip Swedish submarines with its advanced Electronic Chart Precise Integrated Navigation System (ECPINS). The contract includes the implementation of the latest version, ECPINS 7, along with multi-year in-service support. ECPINS is fully compliant with NATO’s Warship Electronic Chart Display and Information System (WECDIS) Edition 2 standards and meets at least 70 percent of the requirements outlined in Edition 3.
