The French defense procurement agency has handed over two H225M Caracal helicopters to the Air and Space Force, marking the initial delivery from an order of eight placed in April 2021 with Airbus Helicopters. The upgraded aircraft feature increased operational performance, with enhancements such as state-of-the-art optronic cameras for superior detection, a modernized cockpit layout, and enhanced GPS navigation accuracy.
