Lockheed Martin has revealed its Common Multi-Mission Truck (CMMT), a modular and scalable air vehicle resembling a cruise missile, intended for high-volume deployment. Dubbed the “comet,” this low-cost munition is designed to flood a target zone to either exhaust adversary defenses or guarantee the strike of critical assets. The platform’s open architecture supports customizable subsystems, including sensors, warheads, and propulsion units, tailored to specific operational objectives.
