Rafael and Elbit Systems of Israel have joined forces to equip NATO-aligned European frigates with a unified maritime electronic warfare (EW) protection suite. The collaborative solution will integrate Elbit’s sophisticated DESEAVER MK-4 decoy launching system with Rafael’s advanced countermeasure technologies to bolster naval self-defense capabilities.
