Bell Boeing’s Joint Program Office has secured a $590 million contract from the US Department of Defense to supply five CMV-22B Osprey aircraft to the Navy. Designed for carrier onboard delivery missions, the tiltrotor aircraft will be assembled primarily in Fort Worth, Texas. Oversight will be provided by Naval Air Systems Command in Maryland, with final delivery scheduled by January 2028.
