The Pakistan Air Force is preparing to add FC-31 Gyrfalcon stealth aircraft from China to modernize its aerial fleet.
The initiative was first introduced in 2024, alongside the delivery of other Chinese-built aircraft to Pakistan’s air force. While exact figures remain undisclosed, reports suggest up to 40 jets could be delivered.
These advanced fighters will reportedly be equipped with PL-17 long-range air-to-air missiles, capable of targeting threats up to 400 kilometers (249 miles) away.
