Patria hosted the opening ceremony for its new F-35 assembly plant at the Halli facility in Jämsä, Finland. The new production line will play a critical role in the large-scale assembly of F-35 forward fuselages, becoming an integral part of the global F-35 manufacturing network.
The facility, which will be fully completed by autumn 2025, is part of Finland’s industrial cooperation commitments for the F-35 programme. It will contribute to Finland’s defense readiness and security of supply while providing economic value at the national level.
Following the production ramp-up, the new line is expected to create up to 150 jobs at Patria, with assembly scheduled to start in spring 2026.
