At the recent Association of the US Army expo in Washington, DC, Teledyne FLIR introduced Cerberus XL, a counter-drone solution able to detect up to 500 targets simultaneously. The trailer-mounted C-UAS leverages advanced imaging and long-range radar for rapid drone detection and tracking. Third-party non-kinetic effectors are used to disrupt hostile UAS at ranges up to three kilometers (1.9 miles). Cerberus XL C-UAS addresses the entire kill chain: detect, track, identify, and defeat. Its sensors incorporate advanced artificial intelligence to enhance target identification accuracy.
