Austal has delivered the Royal Australian Navy’s eighth Evolved Cape-class patrol boat, the ADV Cape Schanck (313), in Henderson, Western Australia. This vessel is part of a 10-ship program aimed at replacing the aging Armidale-class patrol boats, which have been in service since the 2000s. The seventh vessel in the series, ADV Cape Solander (312), was delivered in September 2024.
