BAE Systems introduced an updated version of its Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle (AMPV), now fitted with the KONGSBERG Medium Caliber Turret (MCT). The tracked armored vehicle, successor to the long-serving M113 Armored Personnel Carrier (APC) in the U.S. Army, demonstrates modernization efforts aimed at meeting the changing demands of today’s battlefields. This new variant carries a 30mm automatic cannon, offering enhanced firepower and versatility for the U.S. Army.
