A new laser-guided missile system, the MAX 1.2 AC, is emerging as Brazil’s solution for precision engagements against armored threats. Developed by EDGE Group subsidiary SIATT, the weapon homes in on targets along a laser-marked path, giving infantry a reliable, high-accuracy strike capability. The missile can hit targets from 3.2 kilometers away and achieves greater range when deployed from platforms like the Cascavel NG.
