Rheinmetall has delivered 14 more Leopard 2A4 main battle tanks to the Czech Republic under a EUR 161 million contract signed by Björn Bernhard, CEO of Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH, and Lubor Koudelka of the Czech Ministry of Defence. The agreement covers the delivery of upgraded Leopard 2A4 tanks by late 2026, in addition to providing ammunition and logistical support. The vehicles, primarily sourced from ex-Swiss reserves, will undergo refurbishment and customization to align with Czech defence standards.
