Rheinmetall has been selected by Embraer to provide advanced C-390 transport aircraft simulation systems for training Royal Netherlands Air Force personnel. The package comprises a Full Flight and Mission Simulator (FFMS) and a Cargo Handling Station Trainer (CHST), with delivery slated for late next year. Though financial terms were not revealed, the contract is estimated to be worth several tens of millions of euros.
