ELT Group has been selected by Rohde & Schwarz to provide electronic warfare solutions for the German Navy’s F124-class frigates and the Polish Navy’s new Miecznik-class multirole ships. Rohde & Schwarz, headquartered in Munich, had previously secured a contract to outfit Germany’s three F124 frigates with integrated communications, radar support, and countermeasure systems. Under the Polish contract, the company is responsible for supplying communication systems along with radar and communication electronic support capabilities for the trio of Miecznik frigates.
