To support its newly acquired fleet of 96 AH-64E Apache Guardian helicopters, Poland has ordered 210 T700 engines from GE Aerospace. The contract also designates Military Aviation Works, a Polish aerospace company, to handle MRO services for the T700 engines used in both the Apache and Sikorsky S-70i Black Hawk helicopters. Furthermore, the company will expand its MRO services to include CT7 engines powering the Leonardo AW149 and AW101 aircraft in the Polish inventory.
