Unveiled at Seoul ADEX 2025, Hanwha Aerospace’s new Korea New Infantry Fighting Vehicle (K-NIFV) represents the company’s next-generation tracked platform designed for anti-drone warfare and operations in electronic warfare-heavy environments.

Derived from the Redback infantry fighting vehicle, the K-NIFV integrates an unmanned turret, significantly increasing crew safety and freeing up room for an eight-member infantry team.

The weapon system includes a 30mm gun (with a 40mm option), a 7.62mm coaxial machine gun, and dual launch tubes for a locally developed anti-tank guided missile.
