Australian firm H&B Defence will help identify local suppliers for the AUKUS submarine and carrier program. The company is tasked with vetting SMEs skilled in precision machining, castings, composites, and other areas to support production of the first three Virginia-class submarines. Shortlisting starts this month, followed by in-depth technical reviews.
