Morocco is reportedly set to receive an unspecified number of Bayraktar Akinci drones from Turkey, with deliveries expected to begin in February next year, according to local media. This development follows a 2021 agreement in which the Moroccan Royal Armed Forces signed a 626 million dirhams ($70 million) contract to procure 13 Bayraktar TB2 combat drones, along with remote control ground stations and customizable simulation systems.
