Northrop Grumman has joined forces with Marshall to present a joint solution for the British Army’s future Ground-Based Air Defense (GBAD) initiative.
Their proposed system would meet UK defense standards while utilizing British engineering and local production capabilities.
Northrop is already a key provider for US Army GBAD programs like FAAD and IBCS.
The IBCS has also been selected by Poland for its national short-range air defense system.
Marshall will contribute its knowledge in military shelter and container system manufacturing.
These include units such as Fire Distribution Centres used in the NASAMS missile defense architecture.
