In a ceremony held in Constanta, Romania, Damen officially delivered the fourth Yarmook-class offshore patrol vessel, PNS Yamama, to the Pakistan Navy. The Dutch shipbuilder was awarded the construction contract in 2020, with production starting in 2022 and launch completed in 2024. Upon entering service, the vessel will be deployed to safeguard Pakistan’s maritime interests, conducting missions such as anti-piracy and the protection of key trade routes.
