A €50 million ($51 million) research and development deal has been signed between Germany and Patria to advance the Common Armoured Vehicle System (CAVS) NEMO mortar and its mortar command & control variants for the German military. The agreement covers the integration of these platforms with German mission systems and their certification to fulfill the German Armed Forces’ specifications.
