To strengthen its air defense network, Romania has placed a third order for Patriot missile systems, with RTX securing a $946 million contract to fulfill the request. The new deal follows earlier procurements in 2017 and 2020 and includes the delivery of Patriot fire units comprising advanced radar systems, control centers, and interceptor missiles.
