South Korea is upgrading key weapons systems in response to increased firepower demands.
The Defense Agency for Technology and Quality (DTaQ) led a three-day field support mission targeting the K9 howitzer, Chunmoo rocket launcher, and Cheonma missile system.
The operation included 40 specialists from DTaQ and the Army’s 70th Maintenance Battalion, with support from major defense firms like Hanwha Aerospace, Hyundai Rotem, and LIG Nex1.
