The U.S. Army has awarded Sikorsky a full contract worth $376 million to continue the production and delivery of UH-60M and HH-60M Black Hawk helicopters. This follows an existing $52 million order for HH-60M helicopters. Additionally, the Army plans to upgrade its current UH-60 fleet using funds redirected from the canceled Future Attack Reconnaissance Aircraft (FARA) program. Under the new agreement, Sikorsky is expected to supply Black Hawk helicopters to the Army through December 2027.
