BAE Systems has received a significant order from Sweden’s Defence Materiel Administration to supply more BONUS precision-guided artillery munitions to the Swedish Armed Forces.
The newly signed deal is worth approximately $62 million (SEK 600 million), underlining Sweden’s effort to modernize its long-range firepower.
This order reinforces the long-standing collaboration between BAE Systems Bofors and Sweden’s military. The BONUS system is capable of neutralizing armored threats such as infantry fighting vehicles, main battle tanks, and self-propelled artillery with high accuracy and lethality.
