According to multiple sources cited by Breaking Defense, Textron Systems has emerged as the selected contractor for the US Army’s inaugural Robotic Combat Vehicle (RCV) development program. Textron’s RIPSAW 3 platform reportedly outperformed rival submissions from McQ, General Dynamics, and Oshkosh Defense. While the Army has already notified the winning bidder, an official public announcement has yet to be scheduled.
