The Royal Navy’s inaugural Type 31 frigate, HMS Venturer (F12), has been officially revealed by Babcock at its shipyard in Rosyth, Scotland. The event marks the end of the frigate’s primary build phase and the beginning of its outfitting process. The warship was carefully moved into position with specialized transport cradles for its upcoming launch into the River Forth this summer. Following the float-off, HMS Venturer will undergo further dockside integration and testing before sea trials commence.
