A new Danish-Ukrainian defense company, MITS Industries, has been launched by the Ukrainian-American investment group MITS Capital to consolidate leading Ukrainian drone and defense technology enterprises.
The platform includes Tencore (specializing in unmanned ground robots), Infozahyst (a SIGINT pioneer with 20+ years of operations), Unwave (a major electronic warfare systems producer), and an unnamed air drone manufacturer. MITS Capital will oversee the venture as its primary investor and strategic coordinator.
MITS Industries will follow a service-based drone production model, focusing on large-scale development of advanced drone and counter-drone systems across multiple domains. Revenue is expected to surpass $200 million by 2026.
This structure is intended to boost Ukraine’s defense export potential while enhancing its ability to secure institutional investment.
Ukraine’s defense ministry estimates the sector could reach $35 billion in output by 2025, with private producers already scaling beyond domestic needs and preparing for expanded export opportunities.
