Indian engineering giant L&T has entered a strategic alliance with defense PSU BEL to co-develop the next-generation fighter jet under the AMCA programme. Leveraging L&T’s aerospace systems know-how and BEL’s prowess in electronics, the partnership aims to bid for the upcoming fifth-generation aircraft project. Their combined bid will be submitted in response to ADA’s notice due in the near future.
