India is strengthening its long-range strike capabilities through Project KAL, a new one-way attack drone designed to conduct precision strikes deep inside adversary territory.
Developed by IG Defence, the unmanned platform reportedly offers a range of up to 1,000 kilometers (620 miles) and an endurance of three to five hours, allowing it to operate across extended distances in contested environments.
Equipped to carry explosive warheads, Project KAL is intended for strikes against high-value targets, including logistics centers, radar installations, and critical military infrastructure.
