Kodiak AI is bringing artificial intelligence to the US Marine Corps’ ground fleet by integrating its autonomous driving technology into the service’s Joint Light Tactical Vehicles (JLTVs).
At the forefront of this effort is the Remotely Operated Ground Unit for Expeditionary Fires (ROGUE-Fires) platform, which will be equipped with the company’s “Kodiak Driver” system to enable fully autonomous operations in high-risk environments.
The integration is expected to enhance the speed and efficiency of ROGUE-Fires missions while reducing direct troop exposure to dangerous operational scenarios.
