Eureka Naval Craft of the United States is joining forces with Singapore’s Strategic Marine to produce a next-generation line of modular warships in Asia, with the US Navy and partner navies as key customers.
At the core of the effort is the Aircat Bengal MC, a 36-meter (118-foot) surface effect ship capable of taking on roles traditionally reserved for corvettes and frigates.
The vessel’s multi-mission capabilities span troop movement, landing support, unmanned system operations, electronic warfare tasks, and mine-clearing activities.
