Backed by the European Defence Fund, SEAir is developing ARROW, an uncrewed 12-meter vessel capable of autonomous missions at up to 45 knots. With a focus on stealth, agility, and fuel efficiency, the €7.5 million project unites 10 European partners to enhance maritime defense readiness.
