Royal Netherlands Navy Contracts Blueye Robotics for Underwater Systems
In collaboration with Dutch partner RVI Tools, Norway’s Blueye Robotics will supply the Royal Netherlands Navy with advanced underwater remotely operated vehicles (ROVs).
While the number of units has not been disclosed, the systems will include capabilities optimized for engineering tasks and mine-clearing operations.
The contract was granted following a multi-nation procurement competition.
