Iveco Defence Vehicles will supply 658 additional tactical logistics trucks to the Italian Army, raising the total order to 2,111 units under an expanded contract. These vehicles extend the December 2024 award and will be delivered through 2039. Built to IDV’s latest military truck standard, the fleet will include transport carriers, fuel and water tankers, recovery vehicles, container systems, and towing platforms. IDV will also provide technical support, sustainment, and lifecycle services. The new trucks will gradually replace aging logistics vehicles and unify Italy’s supply-chain fleet, supporting missions from routine logistics operations to high-intensity military tasks.
