Ondas Holdings has revealed plans to acquire Roboteam, an Israeli manufacturer of rugged multi-mission unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs), in a deal valued at $80 million.
The acquisition is expected to strengthen the Massachusetts-based company’s autonomous systems portfolio by integrating aerial and ground robotics, counter-drone capabilities, and intelligence-driven technologies.
Roboteam produces a range of UGVs used for bomb disposal, reconnaissance, and operations in dangerous environments, with platforms spanning from 1.5 kilograms to over 1,000 kilograms in weight. Its systems are currently deployed by military forces in more than 30 countries, including the US and Israel, as well as other leading defense and security organizations.
The company also offers Roboteam HUB, a command-and-control platform designed to synchronize multiple robotic systems into a unified operational interface.
Ondas projects that the acquisition will generate an additional $3–$4 million in revenue during the fourth quarter of 2025 and at least $30 million in 2026. Roboteam recently received over $20 million in orders from an existing military customer, with deliveries expected through fiscal year 2026.
