Raytheon has entered a strategic partnership with the UAE’s Tawazun Council to enable local production of its Coyote counter-drone system. The agreement includes a significant technology transfer through Raytheon Emirates and involves collaboration with Emirati defense firms to manufacture and test components at the Tawazun Industrial Park. The initiative is expected to accelerate munition deployment while boosting the UAE’s indigenous defense capabilities and strengthening its long-standing defense ties with the United States.
