Pentagon Unveils Centralized Platform for Faster Counter-Drone Acquisitions The US Department of Defense has launched a new digital marketplace to accelerate the acquisition of counter-unmanned aerial system (C-UAS) equipment across the military, law enforcement, and partner organizations. Built by Joint Interagency Task Force 401 (JIATF-401) and Kaizen Laboratories through a $15 million contract, the centralized procurement portal allows authorized buyers to compare mission-specific C-UAS solutions, access verified performance evaluations, and procure approved systems ranging from electronic warfare jammers to kinetic interception technologies.
