Silvus Technologies has launched the StreamCaster NEXUS, a compact tactical networking platform designed to boost mission-critical communication and real-time battlefield awareness. The system is configured for chest-mounted use, providing direct connectivity and situational data access to soldiers on the move.
StreamCaster NEXUS enhances operational effectiveness by enabling secure, high-speed transmission of live video, voice, and data streams. It is optimized for minimal size, weight, and power consumption, supporting mobility-driven military missions.
Powering the system is Silvus’ SM5200 mobile ad hoc network radio, which delivers up to two watts of output and data speeds surpassing 100 megabits per second. The solution also pairs with Samsung S23 and S23 TE devices, ensuring interoperability with modern tactical equipment.
