Booz Allen Hamilton has partnered with L3Harris to deliver the second prototype of a mobile command center for the U.S. Air Force, under a $315 million contract.

The five-year agreement focuses on the Tactical Operations Center-Light (TOC-L), a key element of the Distributed Battle Management Node within the Air Force’s Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS).

This prototype also contributes to the larger Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) initiative, which aims to unify all branches of the U.S. military under a single, rapid-response command and control (C2) network across all operational domains.
