A consortium of companies is advancing UAE military logistics with the development of a next-generation Autonomous Logistics Platform (ALP).
Led by EDGE alongside Abu Dhabi–based Technology Innovation Institute (TII), Micropolis, and SteerAI, the platform combines purpose-built unmanned ground vehicles with artificial intelligence to automate material movement within and between production facilities.
Key capabilities include autonomous fleet management, navigation and safety functions, digital twin integration, enhanced situational awareness, operational optimization, and advanced data analytics.
