German defense company ARX Robotics and Ukrainian robotics manufacturer Roboneers have established a joint venture to accelerate the large-scale production of unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The partnership, launched as ARX Industries, was formalized during the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Gdańsk under the “Build with Ukraine” initiative, with support from the German and Ukrainian governments. The new venture will produce UGVs based on Roboneers’ Lynx PRO platform while also delivering operational assistance and long-term maintenance support.
