Canadian drone manufacturer Draganfly has agreed to acquire key assets from Skip Dynamix’s drone business in a deal worth up to $7.5 million. The acquisition expands Draganfly’s portfolio of low-cost unmanned aerial systems for military and security applications. By combining artificial intelligence, autonomy software, and rapid drone manufacturing technologies, the partnership strengthens capabilities in surveillance, electronic warfare, communications relay, and swarming operations. A key addition is the Orca fixed-wing drone, designed for long-range intelligence, reconnaissance, logistics support, and one-way strike missions for NATO-aligned defense customers.
