Virginia-based Agile Defense has secured contracts totaling $93.3 million to support and modernize network operations for the US Marine Corps.

The larger $88 million award, carried out in partnership with Stafford-based small business CommIT Enterprises, will provide a range of cyberspace services. The work will focus on upgrading both unclassified and secret Internet Protocol networks that support critical command and deployment operations.

Agile Defense also received a $5.3 million sole-source recompete contract for Marine Corps Installation West (MCIWEST), which oversees seven Marine Corps bases on the US West Coast.

The company has supported MCIWEST’s IT requirements since 2016. In 2024, its scope expanded to include cloud technologies and specialized artificial intelligence capabilities.

Under the latest contract, Agile Defense will develop geospatial information systems and deploy Microsoft SharePoint to strengthen collaboration and improve strategic planning.
