Excalibur Army has landed a $300 million export contract from an undisclosed Southeast Asian customer for the supply of more than 100 Patriot armored vehicles, marking a major international deal for the Czech defense manufacturer.

The order covers multiple mission configurations tailored for modern land forces, including mortar carrier and command-and-control variants, alongside armored personnel carriers, wheeled infantry fighting vehicles, and armored medical evacuation platforms.

The Patriot is built on a rugged 4×4 Tatra off-road chassis, featuring a distinctive central backbone tube and independent swinging half-axle suspension, a design that delivers high mobility, stability, and durability in challenging operational environments.

The vehicle can carry up to eight troops, reaches 110 km/h on roads and 45 km/h off-road, and offers a range exceeding 600 km, supporting long-endurance operations.

In combat configurations, Patriot platforms can be equipped with remote weapon stations mounting weapons up to 20mm, including machine guns, automatic grenade launchers, and anti-tank systems. Its modular architecture allows customers to integrate mission-specific kits to meet diverse operational requirements.
