Raytheon has teamed up with Cubic Secure Communications to deliver Common Data Link (CDL) systems for Poland.
The CDL network combines airborne and ground-based data terminals with support equipment, allowing operators to control and relay live intelligence collected during reconnaissance operations.
Production activities will be carried out at Cubic’s San Diego facility, while Raytheon will manage integration work from Westford, Massachusetts.
The CDL package is intended to support the MS-110 reconnaissance pod, a high-definition intelligence-gathering system capable of stand-off surveillance and multispectral imaging to identify hidden targets and battlefield activity. The system also enables real-time sharing of reconnaissance data between combat aircraft and command centers.
The MS-110 pod can be integrated onto several platforms, including the F-16, F-15, F/A-18, and Gripen fighter jets, along with unmanned aerial systems and larger aircraft such as the C-130. Poland became the first NATO country and the fourth global customer to procure the MS-110 following a January 2026 agreement with Raytheon.
