Patria has introduced a new passive radar system designed to track incoming threats while remaining undetectable to adversaries. The system is capable of simultaneously monitoring up to 500 projectiles, providing extensive situational awareness without revealing its location.
Utilizing Passive Coherent Location technology, the radar operates without transmitting radio-frequency signals, significantly reducing the likelihood of enemy detection. Instead, it leverages digital television broadcast signals as its source of illumination, delivering more than 100 degrees of azimuth coverage and enabling rapid, high-precision target tracking.
